Shipping Options
 
Pickedhardyca
store offers two shipping options for U.S. destinations:

1. Free Standard Ground Service
UPS Standard Ground Service is free to huntingmyshoes customers. Allow 5-7 business days  for receipt within the United States.
 
2. Expedited Shipping
Additional shipping options for U.S. customers are EMS 3 Day Select, EMS 2nd Day Air and  EMS Next Day Air.
 
If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, complete your purchase and then contact 
www.pickedhardyca.com  Customer Service at pickedhardyca@hotmail.com. A flat rate fee will apply if  the merchandise is available for expedited shipping.
 

 
Shipping Restrictions 
  
 Pickedhardycastore does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address  types. Below are some general guidelines: 
 

Pickedhardycastore does ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. When providing your shipping information during the checkout process, please make sure to click  the checkbox where indicated to specify that your order will be shipped to a P.O. Box, or  APO or FPO address.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Pick ED Hardy Order  Shipment Confirmation" that contains your UPS, DHL or other services tracking number. With  this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in  transit to you. Since we ship directly from the manufacturer it is likely you will receive  a separate Order Shipment Confirmation email for each item you purchase.
 
Once you receive an "Order Shipment Confirmation" email for an item, you may track its  shipment in any of the following two ways: Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email. For orders shipped to U.S. addresses, click here to visit the EMS Online Tracking web page  or for international orders click here to visit the EMS Online Tracking web page. Cut and  paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email to the tracking  form.
 
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
 
Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website.
A flat rate fee will apply if the merchandise is available for expedited shipping.

We continue to expand the geographical locations and address types for which we offer  shipping service, so please check back often if we are not currently servicing your  destination.


Order Tracking
 
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails.
 
Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject  "Pick ed hardy Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is  being processed.

Returns As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to  the large number of manufacturers we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24  hours to 5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the  information to the appropriate manufacturer, and packing the item for shipping. After  processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the EMS transit time from the  manufacturer of the item you ordered to your shipping address.
 
 
International orders are shipped via EMS Express service or other services. Delivery time  to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note  that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be  emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

 

In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.

To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and US$35 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consum

International Shipping
 
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship  to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add  items to your order and proceed to provide your address information in the checkout  process. We will tell you the exact charges, excluding duties and taxes, for your desired  items before you actually place an order. You will not be charged for duties and taxes by  Pick my shoes store at checkout, but these charges may be applied by the destination  country. If so, they will be paid on your behalf and subsequently collected from you by our  shipping agent.
